How to View Facebook Leads on Mobile with LeadSavvy Pro

View and respond to Facebook leads from the LeadSavvy Pro iPhone app or mobile web, with current setup and plan details.

You can view Facebook lead form enquiries on your phone with LeadSavvy Pro. There are now two options: the LeadSavvy Pro iPhone app for a focused mobile workflow, and the LeadSavvy Pro web app in a mobile browser. The older version of this guide said there was no dedicated app; that is no longer accurate.

View Facebook leads in the iPhone app

  1. Connect your Facebook lead forms. Set up the Meta lead source in LeadSavvy Pro Web and confirm the correct Page and form are connected. Use a test submission to verify delivery.
  2. Install the LeadSavvy Pro iPhone app. Use the App Store listing and sign in with your existing LeadSavvy Pro account. The app requires an eligible plan; the pricing page explains the trial and ongoing access.
  3. Find the new contact. Open the app, review recent or unread leads and search by name, email or phone if needed. Open the contact to see the Facebook form answers and source details.
  4. Take the next action. Call, text or email from the contact record. If the enquiry becomes a sales opportunity, create a deal and move it through the pipeline as the conversation develops.

Push notifications can alert you when new leads arrive. Make sure notifications are allowed on the iPhone and that your team still checks unread leads; an alert is not a substitute for a follow-up owner.

Use a mobile browser when you need the web workspace

Open app.leadsavvy.pro in your phone's browser and sign in. You can work with your LeadSavvy Pro account without creating a separate mobile login. The web workspace is useful for configuration and other desktop-oriented tasks; the iPhone app is designed for fast lead review and follow-up in the field.

What if a lead is missing?

First check that you are viewing the right organization and that the expected Facebook Page and Instant Form are connected. Submit a test lead, then look for it in the web workspace. If it appears on the web but not on the phone, check the app's sign-in, organization selection and connection. If it never arrives, review the Meta connection and permissions before relying on notifications.

For the full process after a lead arrives, read the lead follow-up checklist. To compare contact records, Google Sheets and deal tracking, see the lead tracking software guide.

Frequently asked questions

Is the mobile app available on Android?

The dedicated LeadSavvy Pro app described here is for iPhone. Android users can use the web app in a mobile browser; check the mobile app page for current availability.

Can I respond to a lead from my iPhone?

Yes. From a contact record in the iPhone app you can start a call, SMS or email, and you can manage a related deal. The app does not replace your responsibility to obtain appropriate contact consent and record the outcome.

Do I need another account for the app?

No. Sign in with your existing LeadSavvy Pro account. New customers can start a trial and review eligible plans before continuing.
